We only collect what you send us and what the server records automatically.

We do not ask for and do not want special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in the notes field.
3. Legal basis
- Performing steps prior to a contract: handling your quotation request.
- Legitimate interest: keeping the site secure and preventing abuse.
- Legitimate interest: analytics, to understand which pages are read. You can opt out at any time.
4. How long we keep it
Quotation records: 3 years from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship requires longer statutory retention. Server logs: up to 12 months. Cookie preference: 12 months.
5. Who else sees it
- Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. The site and e-mail are hosted on its infrastructure.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, active by default. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, to give you a copy, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict processing, or to object to it. You may also opt out of analytics at any time from the cookie banner or the Cookie Policy page. Write to info@datacenterport.com and we will answer within 30 days.

7. Notice for visitors in the EU, the EEA and the UK (GDPR)
We are established in Türkiye, outside the EEA. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to a request you send us, the following applies in addition to the sections above.
7.1 Controller
DİSELTEK ELEKTRİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, at the address given in section 1, decides why and how your data is processed. We have not appointed an EU representative because we do not target the EU market and do not monitor behaviour there; if that changes, this section changes with it.

We carry out no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22.
7.3 Retention
As set out in section 4. When the period ends the data is deleted or anonymised; we do not keep quotation records indefinitely “just in case”.
7.4 Your rights (Art. 15–21)
- Access: a copy of the data we hold about you, and the information in this notice.
- Rectification: correction of anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: deletion, where we have no overriding obligation to keep it.
- Restriction: freezing processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Portability: the data you gave us, in a machine-readable file.
- Objection: to processing based on legitimate interest, including on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
Send any of these to info@datacenterport.com. We answer within one month and we do not charge for it. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or of the alleged infringement.
7.5 Transfers outside the EEA (Art. 44–49)
When you send a quotation request, the data reaches Türkiye, which the European Commission has not covered by an adequacy decision. We rely on Art. 49(1)(b): the transfer is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You asked us for a price, and we cannot produce one without reading your request. Nothing beyond your enquiry is transferred on that basis. Our hosting provider processes data within the European Union; Google Analytics operates under its own transfer safeguards, and you can opt out of it at any time.

If this notice changes, the date below changes with it.
