Three ways to reach us, and a form that asks for exactly what a quote needs. WhatsApp is the fastest for a quick technical question; the form is the fastest for a price.

Which channel to use, and for what

WhatsApp is the right channel when you already know roughly what you need and want a fast yes/no on availability, lead time or a technical detail; whether a specific model is in stock, whether a chassis takes a particular drive type, whether a control level exists for a given transfer switch. It is a conversation, not a paper trail, so use it when speed matters more than a written record.

E-mail is the right channel when the request comes with attachments: a single-line diagram, a bill of quantity, a floor plan, a datasheet you want us to match against, or a tender document with formal requirements. We keep every e-mail thread as the paper trail for a project, so anything that needs to survive as a reference belongs here rather than in a chat.

The quote form below is the right channel when you want a priced, written quote rather than a conversation. It asks for the information a quote actually depends on up front, which is why a form-based request usually comes back faster than an open-ended e-mail that we then have to follow up on to fill in the gaps.

What gets you a faster quote

The single biggest speed factor is whether we know the exact configuration, not just a product family name. “A UPS” or “a rack server” is a starting point, not a specification; the capacity, the redundancy requirement, the input voltage and the runtime (for a UPS), or the processor, memory and drive configuration (for a server), are what actually turn into a priced line. If you already have a model code or a reference from a prior quote, include it; if you do not, tell us the workload or the load instead and we will size it with you.

For a rack-level project, the U height available, the rack depth and the PDU outlet type close most of the remaining questions before we even quote. For a power project, the site’s supply voltage and phase, and whether the installation is a new build or a retrofit onto existing switchgear, change which product family is even the right one to quote from.

Exporting outside Türkiye

For an export enquiry, four pieces of information let us quote accurately on the first pass: the destination country, so we can confirm plug types, voltage standard and any import certification the equipment needs to clear customs there; the required certification itself if you already know it (CE, UL, or a country-specific mark); the delivery term you expect (EXW, FOB or a landed price); and whether the shipment needs to consolidate with other equipment on the same order. Sending these up front avoids a second round of questions before we can price the shipment.

All three channels reach the same team; there is no separate export desk to route through, and no faster path than giving us the configuration and destination details in the first message.
